Company Overview
Saco Sport & Fitness is Maine's most comfortable and most progressive Health Club serving over 5,000 people a year in beautiful Southern Maine. We guide and support our Members as they add the benefits of exercise to their life. We believe "Moving Makes Life good, and Moving together makes it great!" So we strive to connect Members with each other to make the exercise fun!
We are glass half full, friendly, hard working, servers who always look for ways to improve. We value Inspiration, education, support, fun, and connections. We strive to improve our industry by serving on Boards of Directors, lobbying for legislation, and speaking regularly at Industry conventions and conferences.
We offer many innovative programs including 70+ Group Fitness Classes, Weight Loss, Wellness and Transformational Programs. We also offer basketball, racquetball, and an outdoor pool. We have an extensive cardio, strength, and functional training facility, a team of experienced Personal Trainers, and a Dietitian. Our members also enjoy our Café, Kids Club, and social activities. We excel at Customer engagement and have a unique customer centric no pressure sales process that successfully engages an industry high percentage of new members into our support programs.
